Online dating hookup gone wrong!
August 27th, 2008I found this hilarious online dating video on Youtube.com. It is about this young looking dude that tries to hook up with a “chick” he meets in a online chat room. IMHO, this video is not only funny but makes a, perhaps unintentional, commentary about people and society and general.
Specifically how there is a paradox between how we are collectively taught not to “judge a book by it’s cover”. Yet, the ugly truth of the matter is that both men and especially women are held to an artificially created, mostly unattainable standards of beauty that are dictated by a select few and adopted by the masses.
However, this dude, in this video, had a legitimate reason to react the way he did. Any ways here is the video:
